Warranty Includes:

1) The protective poxy comes off or loose.

2) Ring breaks – Under normal circumstances

• The warranty does not cover unnatural events such as steel objects that were dropped onto the ring or smashed with a hammer etc.
• Kindly note that even though Tungsten is a very strong metal nothing is unbreakable and should be handled with care as it is in most cases a wedding ring, not a “wreck it ralphs” band.

Exchanges: They do exchange rings for customers when the wrong sizes have been chosen, but please note that exchanges will proceed as follow:

1. There is a fee of R300 for exchanges that have to be booked through their courier services.
2. Unfortunately, they do not allow for customers to use their own couriers for returns as it interferes with their daily operations and workflow.
3. Exchanges can also be done at their showroom in Pretoria by appointment @ no additional fees.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• Products won’t be swapped out for different products unless arranged with one of their staff.
