Circle Senior Living Offers Care Options At All Levels

Circle Senior Living provides traditional independent, assisted, frail, and memory care services. The Circle difference is that all care is provided in the comfort of your own home. They bring care to you as part of having a home for life. Their on-site care team is made up of a Care Manager, qualified Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Caregivers who work together to provide compassionate and safe support as needed. Their approach is always multidisciplinary and they collaborate closely with the various medical professionals who oversee their residents’ health.

Circle also recognizes that mental and physical health are inextricably linked. At each stage of care, their Circle philosophy ensures that their Circle Citizens get the most out of a wide range of social activities.

Independent Care

When you are completely independent, but perhaps just need vitals (such as blood pressure or temperature) checked and/or need assistance with your chronic medication – their team onsite have your needs covered from every angle.

Assisted Living

Assisted Living is when you’re still independent but begin needing help with some day-to-day activities like grooming, dressing, medication management, cooking, etc. At this level, their Care Team gets more involved with your daily care management, with the central aim to keep you as independent as possible, for as long as possible.

Full Care

Full Care (traditionally known as Frail Care) requires hands-on assistance with the majority (if not all) of your daily living activities. A full-time carer could be dedicated to you and could live in with you to take care of all your needs.

Post-Operative Care

Medical procedures are stressful for anyone at any age. If and when you require it, they’ll provide a carer while you heal, to ensure that you feel totally safe, secure, and looked after. This will not only enable you to be discharged from your hospital environment sooner but will also give both you and your family peace of mind that the chance of postoperative incidents is minimized.

Memory Care

For Memory Care, Dementia or Alzheimers, their multi-disciplinary team will make sure that you receive all the assistance you could ever need. The only time within their Circle Care model when you will ever have to move from your home is if and when Circle is not the ideal environment for your well-being.

This includes a time if and when a resident becomes a danger to themselves and a caregiver cannot provide 1-on-1 treatment as a result.

Palliative Care

Palliative Care is specialized medical care for people living with a serious illness. It is based on the needs of the patient, not on the patient’s prognosis. Circle offers a specially-trained team to work together with a patient’s other doctors to provide an extra layer of support. This type of care is focused on providing relief from the symptoms and stress of the illness, with the primary goal to improve the quality of life for both the patient and the family.

Caregiver Training

Circle ensures that all caregivers are trained according to a specific set of standards. They have put together enhanced training opportunities for their care team – meaning that not only are they able to provide their carers with the best training possible, but they’re also able to enhance their training with additional skill sets. Their offering allows you to enroll a trusted and beloved housekeeper that has already cared for you for years, to sign up and receive a qualification that will allow them to continue to care for you and step onto a new career path.
